Description:
Join Cooper Tacia, a leader in commercial and industrial construction, as we expand our family of brands. We are looking for a Web Developer / Digital Experience Manager to own and elevate the digital presence across all Cooper companies. Today, that includes three websites: Cooper Tacia General Contracting Company, the Cooper Foundation, and Cooper Equipment — with more on the horizon. This role combines hands-on web development with digital optimization, ensuring our sites are fast, secure, and built to perform for search engines and users alike. You’ll partner closely with our graphic design team to transform bold brand ideas into high-performing digital platforms that drive growth across B2B, B2C, and nonprofit audiences.
Responsibilities:
- Website Management: Build, manage, and maintain three WordPress/website platforms, ensuring strong uptime, security, and responsiveness.
- Technical SEO: Implement SEO best practices including schema, redirects, crawlability, page speed, and mobile optimization.
- Analytics & Tagging: Own GA4, event tagging, and ad pixel integration to support paid and organic campaign tracking.
- User Experience: Collaborate with graphic and digital designers to optimize site structure, navigation, and conversion funnels.
- Content Integration: Work with designers and marketing managers to launch new landing pages, blogs, and campaign content.
- Continuous Improvement: Monitor site performance and implement ongoing enhancements for speed, accessibility, and SEO readiness.
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in front-end/back-end web development (WordPress, Webflow, or similar).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Development, or a related field preferred. Equivalent experience with a strong portfolio will also be considered.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP.
- Experience with technical SEO implementation.
- Skilled in Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console.
- Familiarity with UX/UI principles.
- Bonus: Experience integrating websites with CRMs, forms, or e-commerce platforms.
Employment Type: Full-time
Benefits:
· Competitive salary: $80,000 – $95,000 depending on experience.
